New Patient 初診須知

During the first visit us, does an in-depth intake of the patient where he tries to understand not only the symptoms, but also what might be the root of the problem. By understanding the emotional state of the patient, the eating and exercise habits, the onset of the symptoms, and how the symptoms might change, we begins to weave a pattern. From this pattern a Chinese medical diagnosis is made.

 

Once a diagnosis is achieved, a treatment plan is implemented. Depending on the severity of the symptom, a treatment plan might include: to treat the root of the problem first and then the symptom (if it is still there), treat the symptom first and then the root, or treat the symptom and the root at the same time.

 

The treatment usually involves acupuncture and Chinese herbs. However, electro-acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, and 7-star needle are sometimes incorporated during a treatment. Depending on the case, the needles are kept between 40 to 50 minutes.

 

A subsequent visit takes about 1 hour. A quick intake is done to see what has changed since the last treatment. If the Pattern has not changed and there is improvement, the same treatment plan is followed.

CANCELLATION POLICY - 24-HOURS NOTICE is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. There is a full charge for late cancellation/no-show fee when an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24-hours notice.

初診時，醫師將與您坐下來就病情進行諮詢，這個時候，他們將根據中醫的原理進行診斷。就醫師的觀察和您敘述的病史進行診斷，並制定最適合您的治療方案。

如果您有任何的疑問或顧慮，請務必告知您的醫師！在確認您已全盤的理解並同意自己的狀況及醫師的治療方案之後，我們的醫師將會盡其所能地來幫助您解除病痛！

何時抵達

如果您是第一次看診(初診)，為免影響看診時間，建議您比預定車程時間再提前30分鐘左右出發，因為高貴林恆基廣場的停車位有限，特別是下班，週末高峰時間可能會花費您一些時間停車。您可以停在B1，2F或頂樓，最方便是2樓，可以直接到我們診所。

看診前相關準備

看診前，請先酌量用餐！尤其是針灸治療，通常不建議空腹或吃太飽開始療程，除非您有中醫師的特別囑咐。

如果您有個人醫療保險，也希望診所直接幫您申請保險給付，看診時請攜帶您的健康保險卡。(注意：有些保險計畫內容可能不允許我們直接幫您申請保險給付，請事先確認您的保險計畫內容。)

如果您正在服用任何的處方藥或是健康食品等，請您看診時攜帶相關藥品的訊息，以便我們能對您的狀況有更完善的了解。

如果您是第一次本中心看診(初診)，請您提早15分鐘抵達診所，填寫初診相關表格(按衛生局意見收取工本費$20）。
